FastRAG grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FastRAG source code ("Software") for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the limitations defined in this agreement. This license is "per user" (for the developer purchasing the code), but allows for unlimited end products.
You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the Software to any third party "as is". This includes uploading the source code to public repositories (like GitHub) where it can be accessed for free, or selling it as a competing boilerplate/starter kit product.
Simple Rule: If your product's value is derived primarily from selling the code itself (like a template), it is prohibited. If the value is the service you built with the code (like a SaaS app), it is allowed.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
Due to the nature of digital products (non-tangible irrevocable goods), we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
